Hi, My Name is Terry Janoski, but you can call me “Coach Terry.” I am an MMA Fighter and Personal Trainer. I am the Head Instructor Gracie Tampa South’s Super Woman Fitness Bootcamp.
I’ve Helped Hundreds of woman just like YOU shed the pounds and tone up and completely transform their bodies.
What I put my students through is completely different than anything you would do at the gym.
I use HIIT (high-intensity interval training) to boost your heart rate and sweat off the pounds. The HIIT routine includes intervals of high intensity exercises, followed by recovery intervals of light to moderate intensity exercises. These workouts are guaranteed to improve athletic capacity, conditioning, and glucose metabolism; all which result in the reduction of overall body fat.
No two classes are ever the same. Your body is constantly being trained new ways to gain strength and build endurance. Plus a combination of stand-up boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing is the perfect introduction to the world of MMA.

Don’t think you have to get into pre-shape before you come in. This will only delay you actually getting in the doors if you ever come at all.

My workout history tended to come and go in bursts, I'd be really excited and go to the gym for a few months and then get bored and take a few months off. But I've been coming to this superwoman boot camp consistently for almost 4 months and I love it! I love that every class is different and we don't always know what to expect each morning. Being in a group of woman has really pushed me to take my body and my exercise to the next level. Almost every class I think there is no way I can keep going, but then I see the other 'superwomen' around me and I know if they can complete the exercise then so can I. I have been really amazed at how strong my body is if I just push myself.Being a mom and working full time makes it hard to find time to exercise, so these 6am classes are the best way for me to take care of myself without cutting into my family time.

My name is Dawn and I am 44 years old. I joined the GTS Superwoman Bootcamp because I am getting old and chubby. I decided it was time I gave up on my coach potato habits and started doing something. My first venture was running but I wasn't really seeing any results other than the ability to finish a 5K. To amp things up I joined the GTS Superwoman Bootcamp. I am finally losing some weight and have a ton more energy than before and I was also able to finish a 10K after participating in bootcamp. Added bonus; Coach Terry is great to work with. He pushes us to do better each session, while still being encouraging but taking the time to correct our form so we are able to get the maximum benefit from our workout.

I joined GTS woman's bootcamp to lose the baby weight I gained from being pregnant AND from being a mom who likes ice cream ! Since staring bootcamp 5 months ago I have eliminated weight and I've gained muscle tone. Running has become easy thanks to Coach Terry's training, through his workouts my lungs have gotten stronger- I have endurance like I've never had before. I know I'm in the best shape of my life and getting hotter after each and every workout.
Coach Terry's workouts are awesome - I will still be sweating hours after our morning session. He is so positive and a great motivator, he makes me feel like I can do anything he throws at me. I love how we get to learn real MMA combinations, I love showing off my moves to my husband!

I have always been a person who would go to the gym and do the same old boring routine. Now that I attend Superwoman Bootcamp, Coach Terry pushes me to the max with cardio and strength training. I also have thoroughly enjoyed working on the bags as part of my workout routine.
Coach Terry sets up a different circuit training routine each class and it definitely keeps me on my toes. Now that I have been in the program for almost 5 months now, I can see a difference in my body: it’s getting tone and I feel much stronger. I run two businesses and have a baby at home, so the 6 am class has really worked out in my schedule. I would highly recommend this class to any woman because it will kick your butt and it will feel good!
