Coach Shane Courtney (Advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi Coach)

Coach Shane is a BJJ Brown Belt and has been training for 6 years.  2 years gi only  under black belt Fabio Novaes, and he has been training at Gracie Tampa for the last 3.5 years.  He has medals from tournaments such as NAGA, Grapplers Quest, COPA, and even Judo tournaments.  Coach Shane also competed competitively in the Pan Ams.  He has been teaching Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Tampa and Gracie Tampa South since 2009.
