Meet Coach Jeff

Coach Jeff Bailey (MMA Conditioning)

Coach Jeff started training in Tae Kwon Do when he was 4 years old and eventually received his black belt. He started boxing in 1995 and stepped up his training by getting with professional boxing trainers in 1999.  Coach Jeff did some amateur boxing fights and went undefeated. In 2002 he started training Muay thai, jiu jitsu, and wrestling and started competing in 2003. In 2005 he started training with Dan Rawlings in Muay Thai and also taught MMA at GriffonRawl. He also trained with Pride FC vet Carl Malenko. In 2006 he made his Pro debut in MMA and defeated his opponent in 36 seconds with a jump shoulder armbar series that he just learned that week  from Master Matt Arroyo at a seminar. Ever since Coach Jeff has trained with Master Arroyo. He currently is a purple belt and has won many Jiu Jitsu Tournaments including Advanced Absolute.
